This policy outlines the financial commitments and refund eligibility for the Capital Market Salon —
Bali.
Deposit Refunds
- The $300 application deposit is fully refundable if your application is not accepted for the room.
- Refunds are processed automatically within 5–10 business days of the decision via the original
payment method.
Enrollment Fees
- Once an application is accepted and the remaining balance is paid, the full enrollment fee is
non-refundable.
- This is due to the limited capacity and fixed costs associated with the private salon.
VIP Add-ons
- All VIP add-on payments (Dinner, Working Sessions) are strictly non-refundable upon purchase.
Organizer Cancellation
- In the unlikely event of cancellation by the organizer, a 100% refund of all fees paid (deposit,
enrollment, VIP) will be issued to all participants.
Substitution Policy
If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a qualified replacement (e.g., a co-founder or senior
principal) to take your seat. All substitutions must be reviewed and approved by the Capital8 team at
least 14 days prior to the event.
